I would be honored to hear your unique story. I strive to provide a compassionate and safe environment for my clients so that they may feel heard, seen, and held with whatever they bring into the room. It is important to me that my clients feel safe to allow for healing in this sacred space.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a sacred space where feelings can be expressed, explored and identified. The process allows for healing to occur and valuable insight to be gained. New coping skills, finding your true self, and greater vulnerability with others can bring enhanced connection and deeper intimacy.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a shared environment where a couple may have a safe place to work on and identify the cycles that keep them stuck and prevent them from deeper connection. Couples therapy may help with current areas of frustration, improve communication, build trust, and enhance intimacy.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a shared environment where families, may have a safe place to discuss concerns and identify trouble areas. Improved communication and trust may help in building healthy family dynamics.

Group Therapy

Group setting of 4-5 individuals work on a selected topic to gain coping skills or to process current feelings in a shared safe environment. Abundant healing can be gained with others who share similar experiences.

Areas of treatment: Complex PTSD, neurodivergence, anxiety, anger management, adoption, people pleasing, grief, depression, low self-esteem, divorce, marital and family conflict, life transitions, spirituality, religious trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, highly sensitive persons, women’s issues including menopause, PMDD, and postpartum depression/anxiety.

I am a client centered depth somatic therapist providing trauma informed focused therapy with a psychodynamic and attachment based perspective. I am trained in somatic and neuroaffective touch therapies where the body is included to aid in integration of body, mind and soul. I utilize sandtray to work with the unconscious mind.

55 Minute Sessions:

Individual – $185
Couple – $200
Family – $200
Group – $50

90 Minute Neuroaffective Touch Sessions:

Individual – $250
